Ryan P. Robinson, DDS
Chief Visionary Officer
Dr. Robinson first found success when he graduated dental school, and bought his first dental practice. Through the utilization of his team centric approach to systems, organization within the office, and his famous "WOW experience" patient-centered treatment philosophy, he was able to grow his practice by 300% in less than 3 years. His belief that all patients deserve to know the truth so that they can make smart decisions for their own health has led him into his mission for helping more practice owners in the state of Delaware. Since then he has partnered with other influential doctors around the state, to help them carry out their vision and meet their goals for success. He has been part of 8 dental practice transitions and has also championed 2 start up specialty practices which have now expanded to multi-location offices within the region.
Dr. Robinson credits much of his success and accomplishments to his knack for empowering those around him, which has led to the building of highly productive teams that are able to deliver exceptional care to patients they serve. He is known for his ability to pioneer change, leading others to find their very own success and value. TJ Hammer
Chief Operations Officer
Tj specializes in fostering talented teams to help practices overcome the challenges they face today within their business. His career has focused on dental business operations and optimization with a highlight on developing technology that intelligently manages and empowers team members. He provides the daily leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative reporting procedures and systems in place to effectively grow the organization. He is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Information Science and Technology w/minors in Security & Risk analysis and Business Management. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family.
Dane Stokes, MBA
Chief People Officer
Dane has 20 years of experience in Finance, Business Operations, and Customer Experience roles across several industries. He has an MBA in Finance from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware. He brings a passion for problem solving and customer experience that makes him a perfect addition to the team. Dane enjoys time outside of work playing golf and traveling with his wife and two sons.
